"Buddas' music features fast pace, quick wit, hard hitting deliveries, with a style that has it's "OWN" unique flow. heavy southern (ludacris, ugk,swishahouse...), west and midwest influences along with other problems helped shape Budda's mind to adapt and channel his emotions to a useful musical talent. Much of his enthusiasm comes when he performs, trying to be the brightest star in the sky, Budda' energetic performances come to life as he spits his music."

Born Antonio Basalo, Budda AKA "The Sinister Saint", is a young  24 year old Filipino rap artist hailing from Burleson, TX. At 5 his mother tutored him on piano, introducing him to classical and light rock music. At 9 his stepfather introduced him to country music. It wasn't until years later that Budda really got involved with music and joined band but it was also where he slowly developed his rhythm to rhyme. Budda would often write rap poems to express his mind.

After graduating high school in 2009, Budda decided to "give it a shot" and with long time brother, Geno (Luccianno), wrote and performed Christian raps for a year. Both artist were later picked up by D- Loc (Junk) of Geeta Boy Records, after 2 years with Geeta Boys Budda went solo for another year before teaming up with friend to finish making his first Independent mix tape "Welcome To The Row" (1/7/2013).

At 22, Budda signed to Deathstalker Records owned by Mike Cummings of 2nd Step Management. Budda began regular live performances and had 50+ shows in 2013 in multiple Texas cities.

With 2nd Step, Budda has released his first studio quality song titled "Say Girl" with executive producer Mike Cummings (JCee, Hailey Erin) and Muti-Platinum Grammy award winning producer Ty Macklin (Erykah Badu, India Arie).

He later left the label a couple of years later to go solo and is currently working on his first solo album "Working Class" coming out 4/20/2016.
